Squirrel workroom
Come on in to Naked Squirrel Land, no need to knock... I will show you around. I have just dusted out the corners, and majorly organized to prepare for 2011.
Iam such a sucker for a good transformation. Be it a house, wardrobe or attitude. I don't like the word 'makeover' it sounds too mask like. I prefer to think of something transformed to originate from growth or metamorphosis. To fulfill potential. I love finding pretty vintage floral fabric ready to be discarded and giving it a fresh start. Iam excited about 2011 with the naked squirrel, I wanted to start the year with a slightly transformed work space... everything in it's place. Have a peek at my new space. The shelving was picked up from Ikea, they did not have the exact unit I had been longing for, but I love all my storage squares. Check out the awesome cutting table my boyfriend loving built for me, planning on painting it white when I have some time.
The three watercolor paintings are very special as well, one painted by my grandma, one by my mom and the bottom one by my son! The artwork in the white frames was done by fellow etsians...
Feel ready to start the year, fresh, or at least knowing where the heck I put my seam ripper!
